This site (swccggemp.com and play.swccggemp.com) is an independent GEMP host for Star Wars CCG. It is not the Players Committee GEMP and is not affiliated with Lucasfilm or Disney.

What this landing page collects

The marketing pages on www.swccggemp.com do not use analytics cookies, advertising pixels, or account forms. The server keeps ordinary web logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent, time) so we can run and secure the host.

What play accounts will collect

When you register on the play host, GEMP stores what it needs to run a table:

• Username and password (the password is stored hashed by the application, not in plain text)
• Decks, collection, and game history tied to that username
• Chat and hall messages you send on this host
• Server logs that may include IP address and connection time

We use that data only to operate the game, stop abuse, and keep the server working. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

The landing pages do not set tracking cookies. The play application uses a session cookie so you stay logged in while you use the hall and tables. That is a functional cookie, not an ad cookie.

How long we keep it

Account and play data stay for as long as the account exists on this host. We may delete inactive accounts, logs, or the whole instance. Web logs are rotated as part of normal server maintenance.

Your choices

You can stop using the service at any time. If you want an account removed, contact the operator at contact@swccggemp.com from the address you used with the account, or ask in the game hall if that mailbox is not yet live.

Children

This host is meant for people who already play Star Wars CCG. Do not create an account if you are not old enough to agree to the terms in your country.
